About us
Since the 1990's Sulco Corporation has been providing families with places to call home. The growth that our community, The Claremont Village Apartments, brought to the city gave us great pride in knowing we are also helping the community grow and thrive. We have many buildings throughout the city ranging from single family homes to 60 unit complexes and we have grown into the surrounding towns as well, notably the town of Newport, NH where we own The Newport Luxury Apartments as well. Having a helping hand in the business aspect of the city with the shopping plaza and other office buildings to help the retailers and other businesses build their office/store front here in Claremont is a great way to draw people to the city and help our economy find local spaces to do business and be seen.
